How do I choose my next box?
Sign in at account.snackski.com and open your subscription. Pick the month you want to edit and choose your flavors.
Can I change a box after I choose it?
Yes. You can change an upcoming box any time before your next billing date, and the change applies to that renewal.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Skip an upcoming order from your Subscriptions page whenever you need a break.
How do I cancel?
Sign in at account.snackski.com, open Subscriptions, and choose Cancel. There are no cancellation fees. You can also email team@snackski.com and we will cancel it for you.
What box sizes are there?
Boxes come in 8, 16 and 24 counts, so you can match the size to how fast your household snacks.
How often do boxes ship?
Subscription boxes are delivered every month and renew until you cancel. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.
